garden envy

our neighbors (and dear friends) have the most fabulous garden every year. it's large, meticulous & this year innovative!

let's compare: Mine... onions, spinach, zucchini, tomatoes and peppers

Theirs: peas, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, various herbs, flowers, spinach, lettuce, bok choy, winter melon, bitter melon, water melon, onions, strawberries (and probably 20 other things i've forgotten) this year Leighton has gotten very crafty and invented this hydroponic system that grows strawberries, herbs & even lettuce without soil. strawberries with out bits of dirt are quiet amazing!

and then we have May imitating me snapping a million pictures

There's a a whole gardening store/center dedicated to hydroponic stuff not far from my house here in tampa. Pretty cool. I'm exceedingly jealous of even your little garden!!!! The scorching heat has not been kind to my little window box on the patio - all my herbs have perished. The lone cactus remains...
