pee, speed walking & teeth brushing

i've turned up the heat on my exercise regement this week. last week was mostly medium pace walking, about 3 miles an hour (but i only went for 30 min so i'd get a mile and 1/2 done). this week i'm officially doing that fast walking that looks so ridiculous that you make fun of the person in your head as you pass by them. you know you do. anyway i went 2 miles in about 35 minutes and i gotta tell you it felt so good. the stress is rolling right off me. i will be skinny(er) in no time... if i could just stop eating sweets!!!

Mayden's potty training has taken off and we are in full swing. in fact i think today we will be going to the store to pick out some new big girl underware!! if she has no diaper on she will go on the potty, but if she has a diaper on she just goes in her diaper so i'm trying to keep her naked as much as possible for now. her reward? Jr. Mints. we should really invest in them because we are going thru them like nothing!

here are some pictures and a video from yesterady:

it was a beautiful 60 degree day, these are pics taken in our front yard right before a nasty little storm rolled in.

Cameron has been brushing his teeth and he's getting very good at it.

us eating dinner in the play tent (May= fake chicken nuggets, me= tuna casserole, Cam= mashed peas)

the end.

I do everything online, they have message boards to connect with people but I havn't used them. I really like WW because I can still eat whatever I want. I would die without french fries every now and then.

Love the pics and video!

Leah didn't have a problem with pee -- it was the poop that was a lot of work -- for over a year! What finally did it was we bought her a toy (that she picked out) that sat on top of our TV until she went poop like five times. But if she had an accident, we took the toy back and she had to start over again. Taking it away is what did it -- we haven't had an accident sense!

I'll have to send you my mom's killer recipe for meatball soup. Gina loves it and makes it for practically everyone.
